Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG

“ANEMOS,” whose name means “wind” in ancient Greek, embodies the energy and freshness of the wind, with its intense fruity notes that unfold into an enveloping bouquet.
On the palate, Anemos reflects the typical nature of Chianti Colli Senesi, a dry, balanced, and fresh wine, presenting a good tannic structure with a lively acidity that provides freshness.

Alcohol Content: 13.5%
Grapes: Sangiovese 100%
Harvest: September. Hand-picked in crates with selection of the grapes.
Winemaking and ageing: estemming followed by fermentation of the grapes in steel tanks. Ageing in oak barrels of 10 and 30 hl.
⁠Pairing: A very versatile table wine that pairs well with various dishes, especially with the classics of Tuscan tradition, such as soups (ribollita or pappa al pomodoro), but also grilled red meat or game, as well as aged cheeses.
