WINE TASTING
Your experience begins with a brief tour of the vineyard and an introduction to our activity and story. Then, you will enjoy a guided tasting of our wines:

Paired with a selection of crostini, bruschetta, cold cuts, cheese and local bites like “pappa al pomodoro”, “panzanella” or spelt salad. Includes a tasting of our extra virgin olive oil.

WINE TASTING WITH LUNCH
After a short vineyard visit and introduction, we will serve you a full lunch paired with our wines:

COOKING CLASS
Enjoy a hands-on experience dedicated to traditional Tuscan cuisine.
During the cooking class, you will prepare simple dishes connected to the local tradition, such as fresh pasta, focaccia and tiramisù, using seasonal and local ingredients in a relaxed and informal setting.
At the end of the preparation, the experience continues with dinner, where you will enjoy the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a tasting of our own wines.
DURATION: 90 minutes of cooking + dinner time

HOT TUBS
Relax in our hot tubs, overlooking the vineyard and the towers of San Gimignano, surrounded by nature and silence. During the day, they are freely accessible to all guests and included in the stay: a space to enjoy without rush, between sunlight and the quiet of the countryside.
In the evening, after 8 pm, it is possible to book a private 1-hour experience, “Bath under the stars”, in a more intimate atmosphere, with a glass of wine included.

TRUFFLE EXPERIENCE
FROM TRUFFLE HUNTING TO THE TABLE
Hidden among the rolling hills of Tuscany lies one of the most fascinating and prized treasures of our culinary tradition: the truffle. Thanks to our collaboration with the expert truffle hunters of Casole Truffle, you will enjoy an authentic experience discovering this natural treasure, accompanied by their loyal trained dogs. During the walk, you will learn about local traditions, hunting techniques and fascinating insights into this extraordinary product, while enjoying an authentic experience in close contact with nature. This activity is suitable for couples, families and small groups and can be organized throughout different times of the year depending on the truffle season.
FROM FOREST TO TABLE
After the excursion, the experience can continue at Podere La Quercia with a lunch dedicated to the flavors of the region. Freshly harvested truffles, carefully selected local ingredients and our wines will be the stars of the table.
TRUFFLE COOKING CLASS
For those looking for a more immersive experience, the day can be completed with a cooking class. Together, we will prepare simple traditional Tuscan recipes, enriched with fresh truffle and enjoyed during lunch, accompanied by a tasting of our wines.
AVAILABILITY: Upon request, usually starting in the early morning, when conditions are best for truffle hunting.
DURATION: The truffle hunt lasts approximately 2 hours and can be followed by lunch. The cooking class lasts approximately 1 hour.
