Vernaccia di San Gimignano RISERVA DOCG

Like the beautiful nymph that enchanted Ulysses, our Kalypso embraces and charms with its wide bouquet of perfumes, with notes of linden flowers, yellow fruit, honey and a touch of vanilla.
The taste is soft and full body, with a pleasant balance of acidity, flavour and texture.

Alcohol Content: 13%
Grapes: Vernaccia di San Gimignano 100%
Harvest: September. Hand-picked in crates with selection of the grapes.
Winemaking and ageing: destemming and crushing followed by fermentation in steel tanks. Ageing in barriques for 6 months followed by at least 3 months in bottles.
⁠Pairing: Very nice to accompany seafood and cold bites, light frying, pasta dishes and meats, aged cheese.
