Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG

The name “AURA” refers to the goddess of the breeze, associated with a light and gentle wind.
It fits well with our Vernaccia, a fresh and dry wine that reflects the typical characteristics of the DOCG. It is a wine with fresh and citrus aromas, which are mirrored on the palate alongside pleasant mineral notes.

Alcohol Content: 12.5%
Grapes: Vernaccia di San Gimignano 100%
Harvest: September. Hand-picked in crates, selection of the best grapes.
Winemaking and ageing: destemming and gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in steel. Refined in bottle 3 months before release.
⁠Pairing: A great “gastronomic” wine, it pairs with versatility to many dishes, such as appetizers, delicately flavored first courses, white meats, fish, and medium-aged cheeses.
